This page will walk you through the steps to install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace and get started with creating issue templates in no time.

Step-by-step installation guide

Access the Atlassian Marketplace

• Click on this link to open the app on the Atlassian Marketplace.

Start the Installation

• On the app listing page, at the top-right corner, click the Try it free button. This will start the process to install the app in your Jira instance.
• If you are not already logged into your Atlassian account, you will be prompted to log in.

Select your Jira instance

• After logging in, you will be asked to choose the Jira instance where you want to install the app.
• Select your desired Jira Cloud instance from the list and click Install.

Grant necessary permissions

• Review the permissions that the app requires and click Accept & install to grant these permissions and proceed with the installation.

Complete the installation

• The app will now be installed on your selected Jira instance. This process may take a few moments.
• Once the installation is complete, you will see a confirmation message.

Congratulations! You have successfully installed Issue Templates for Jira Cloud.
You can now start using templates to streamline your issue creation process and enhance your productivity.
